REFUND POLICY

We stand behind everything we make. If something is not right we want to make it right.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective please contact us within 7 days of delivery at studio@igniteandinspirestudio.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund — your choice.

Wrong Item Received If you receive the wrong item contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will correct the order immediately.

General Returns Because our products are handmade in small batches we are unable to accept returns on items that are not damaged or defective. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please reach out to us directly. We will always do our best to find a solution.

Return Shipping If a return is approved for a damaged or defective item we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Timeframe for Refunds Once a return is received and inspected refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned we do not offer refunds on digital downloads once they have been accessed.

However we understand that things happen. If you experience a technical issue — a file that will not open, a corrupted download, an incomplete file — contact us immediately at studio@igniteandinspirestudio.com and we will resolve it promptly. We will resend your files, provide an alternative format, or issue a refund at our discretion.

If you purchased a digital product by mistake and have not yet downloaded it please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to accommodate you.

SHIPPING ISSUES

Lost Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package cannot be located contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with you to find a resolution.

Delayed Packages We are not responsible for carrier delays. If your package is significantly delayed please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Address Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an address error contact us immediately at studio@igniteandinspirestudio.com — if your order has not yet shipped we will correct it.
